Which properties are suitable for a lease?
We assess hotels, guesthouses, aparthotels, boarding houses, apartment buildings and connected portfolios with generally 3 to 50 units.
Do you lease individual apartments?
Our focus is at least three connected units or clearly separated spaces. Individual apartments spread across different buildings will generally not suit our operating model.
Is the property already approved for hospitality use?
Existing and documented hospitality use is preferable. For other uses, we assess only case by case whether a legally and commercially realistic conversion may be possible.
Which locations are suitable?
Our focus is Erfurt, Weimar, Jena, Leipzig, Halle, Magdeburg, Chemnitz, Dresden and Berlin. We also assess connected surrounding areas and smaller locations with stable tourism or business demand.
Which information do you need first?
For an initial assessment, we need the address or location, number of units, approximate floor area, floor plans, current use and a brief outline of your lease expectations.
Do you assess complete portfolios?
Yes, where the units form a sensible geographic and operational cluster. Compact portfolios are assessed as a whole; this does not constitute an advance commitment to take them on.
