Alt-Lindenau and Plagwitz
The apartments are in Alt-Lindenau. Karl-Heine-Straße in Plagwitz is around a 10–15 minute walk away, or only a few minutes by bike.
Tram to the city centre
Lindenauer Markt tram stop is a few minutes away on foot. Lines 7, 8 and 15 run towards the city centre without a change; Leipzig Hauptbahnhof takes around 15 minutes.
Public parking
Free parking is available on public streets. There is also a public car park next to the building for €5 per day. Neither option can be reserved and both are subject to availability; the paid car park accepts coins only.

Where are the kenner Apartments in Leipzig?
The four holiday apartments are at Gemeindeamtsstraße 1c, 04177 Leipzig, in Alt-Lindenau in the west of Leipzig.
Which apartment suits how many guests?
Apartment S is the compact choice for up to four guests, with 45 m², a separate bedroom and a sofa bed. Apartment M gives up to five guests 59 m², an open-plan living area and a bright atrium. Apartment L accommodates up to six guests with 93 m² and two separate bedrooms. Apartment XL accommodates up to eight guests with 105 m² across two levels and two bathrooms. Together, the four apartments accommodate up to 23 guests. If privacy and extra space matter to you, choosing a larger category can also be worthwhile for fewer guests.
How do I get from the apartments to Plagwitz and Karl-Heine-Straße?
Our apartments are in Alt-Lindenau. You can easily reach the cafés, restaurants and bars in Plagwitz and on Karl-Heine-Straße on foot, by bike or by tram.
Is parking available at the accommodation?
You can park free of charge on the surrounding public streets. Alternatively, there is a public paid car park directly next to the building for €5 per day. Neither the free street spaces nor spaces in the paid car park can be reserved, so availability cannot be guaranteed. The paid car park accepts cash payment with coins only; card payment is not available.

Yes. Each of our four apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen.
How does self check-in work?
After online check-in, your personal access code will be available in the guest portal from 4 pm on your booked arrival day. From then on, you can arrive at any time, including late in the evening or the following night. Use it to open the electronic door lock and complete your contactless check-in – no key handover required.
Is kenner a hotel in Leipzig?
kenner is not a traditional hotel, but offers self-contained apartments with a private kitchen, living area and self check-in. There is no reception, so arriving spontaneously without a prior booking is not possible.
